At the beach we read, watch the ocean, check out Facebook, Rob even chatted with a Facebook friend about our next cooler. (Yeti vs. K2 vs. Pelican) and just watched all the activity.
Rob watched a lone fisherman who happens to be camping across the road from us. So far this week we've seen him catch one very small fish. (Not a good week for fishing.)
About lunch time, we went back to the camper for grilled shrimp and chef salads for lunch.
Rob did a few outside house keeping chores while Trisha washed the beach off of her. Then Rob did the same, and we both stayed inside in the A/C for the heat of the day.
After a nice long nap, Trisha declared it to be ice-cream-thirty. So it was off to Murrels Inlet to Twisters for soft serve ice cream. Yummy!!
By this time of the evening, the afternoon temps have moderated nicely and we'll sit outside enjoying the evening breeze until dark.
Not a largely productive day, but then that's the point isn't it??
